Post-surgery, patients should follow their doctor's recovery plan, which typically includes rest, limited physical activity, and follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing.

Hii sir I am 14 years old and maybe i am having varicocele. Its been also most two days. Suddenly the day when it happened the scrotum of the left testicle and testicle pained a lot for maybe 10-15 min but now im okay. The symptoms are same so there is High chace of varicocele. Tommorow i will show a doctor.

Is it mandatory to leave running, sports, gym and lifting even with mild varicocele (like grade 1 and early grade 2)? Can't these be performed with special briefs or supporters and integrated with yoga (as per your Yoga video)?
For people like me, sports and bikes have been a very fond part of life. Now getting to know that all these are needed to completely given up are extremely depressing and aggrieving to say least 😔😞.
