    Hi! I see your heating element is only using bottom heat. Am i correct? I have an oven with the fan. Would you suggest I turn it off and also use lower heat only?

    Lavastones? Can someone give me more details on this please? And are they totally necessary?

      Not totally necessary, you can use rolled up towels soaked in the boiling water in a pan instead. The point is to keep continual steam flowing for that first part of the bake.
