Do you endure unusual pain and suffering in your life? Do you wrestle with the questions of how to respond and why me in those moments?
Pain is inevitable, no matter how holy and righteous we are. In this sermon, Rev. Johnson V clarifies the difference between pain and suffering, where pain is inevitable and suffering is a choice.
He unfolds the prescription from the scriptures to face our pain with Christ making a huge difference.
Romans 5:3-5 (NIV): A Prescription to Follow When in Pain,
1) Develop perseverance.
2) Build your character.
3) Have hope in the Lord and not in the process.
