Tina never think that Blaine will regret for not wanting her, all she means in her statement before the song, Hung Up, is that Blaine takes her for granted. For a person like Tina, who have been taken for granted for 3 whole seasons (3 years), obviously she'll explode if one of her only friend does not treat her with the respect she deserved.
