I love Zane and Heath, but Unfiltered is NOT the same without Matt. Zane and Heath rarely ever update Matt on information/news like this until waaay last minute. As someone who hosts with them, it would’ve been nice if they actually told Matt themselves beforehand, and it was clear they didn’t.
For anyone that doesn’t know Remi and Alisha they both have been on UA-cam for 8-10 years posting vlogs, fashion videos, diy’s, challenges, etc. Remi also has a series on her channel called “Cooking with Remi”. They both have great personalities and are super genuine people. They have their own pod called Pretty Basic where they recap their week, talk about pop culture, and have deep talks sometimes! I highly recommend checking out their content as they both have fun and entertaining content baby content! 💗💗💗

The biggest problem with tipping is not that we're having to contribute to the employee's wage, but that we as customers get no benefit from doing it... the food prices are still going up and up as if we don't tip at all. Employees are making more than they would with regular hourly wage. Employers are basically double dipping by not having to pay much for labor but still jacking up prices. Service is often crap now because tipping is expected no matter what. The customers are the only ones getting screwed. I would be ok with tipping if food was still cheap, but it's more expensive than countries that don't tip. Makes no sense. We should have eliminated tip culture decades ago.... I bet we'd be paying less today overall if we did.
