    I really apprecaite you always mention the alternate (easier/low impact) version for your routine. I am over 60 years old and I am following your workout videos and It comforts me that I can still follow your exercise routine when I have the options to do the low impact version. Thank you very much to movtivate me to do my exercise daily.

    This was a very good workout. When I'm finished with these workouts I can't do an additional push-up or anything. Love this channel

    I'm pretty sure this workouts thumbnail was no accident. I've been searching the old youtube for various band workouts to follow along with. Your channel has now become one of my favs, As well you like to switch it up a lot! so we the viewers don't get bored. Oh, And well the cute fluffy guest star from time to time! Can't recall the name. but totally adorable!
