Wrong. It was, is, and always will be the ugliest championship built. In the words of the Rock, “The WWE title should never look like a toy!!! And it should never, ever….spin!!!”
I have a soft spot for the spinner belt, since that's when I started watching wrestling. I definitely prefer this to the current Big Logo belts, though I don't like it as much as the WE or Undisputed. That said, I would love to have one in my collection someday.
Do you know where you can get nameplates for the old titles like the spinner or the big gold? I also bought the spinner recently but I have no idea where to buy nameplates like John Cena, or so
WrestlingSuperStore.com used to have nameplates. I’m not sure if they still offer that though. You can probably check eBay and Facebook. With the side plates becoming the norm, I doubt WWEShop will ever release nameplates unless it’s on signature series belts.
I searched “screws for wwe belts” and came across several options that look similar to the ones on replicas. I don’t know the exact measurements. I’d try that.
@@TheSmackShow okay thank you also I’m looking for some that are smaller screws and not the bulky ones that come with the title to take some stress off of the strap
@@MarcusGarzasChannel I take that back. It did have a tip in 09/10. It was silver. The replicas don’t come with a tip. I guess the tip didn’t last long so there wasn’t a need to include it on the replicas.
I’m not noticing that on mine. Everything seems to be pretty even. Yours might be an older model. Another possibility is that it may have to do with the spinning mechanism in the belt. I imagine it’s raised slightly higher to allow the W to spin without hitting anything else
@@TheSmackShow I know. It's mainly people that were kids during that era that like the belt. Nostalgia is a strong thing indeed. It's mainly kids from that era that think that the belt that looks like a spinning toy looks remotely legit or good.
Spinner Belt is so iconic, it sold and sells more than any another belt, and was in use way longer than any other title to date. I don’t understand the hate, Super Bowl rings and NBA championship rings are more blinded out and studded than this.
man the belt is my dream since i was a kid

get a job, and get it😌

Man I’ve always wanted one of these since I was a child. I really need to get one
They are 100% worth the buy! Super good quality man. Wait for a good sale around Mania season. You’ll thank yourself!
@@TheSmackShow yeah I’m from Australia, so I need the sale lol. Hopefully one day soon
@@TheSmackShowhey bro one question How do you buy it ?
It's definitely more appreciated more today than it was when it debuted
Spinning belt was awesome
Looks like a toy and a joke.

I agree... The spinner belt is just a Beauty

It’s such a hefty belt too. It’s one of the few that feels legit. It’s the heaviest in my collection
Actually I prefer that belt over the current WWE championship..
Well when it doesn't spin of course
Yeah for some reason I like the spinner the best when it doesn’t spin 😂
@@TheSmackShow like when CM Punk held it.
Randy Orton
I have the current undisputed and replica whc but I'm tempted to trade my WHC for the spinner. Only because it was the belt I grew up watching

I wouldn’t call it infamous lol. Just famous

I met the Miz and he signed the belt
How did you get the belt tip? Mine didn’t come with one.
This spinner doesn’t have a belt tip

I can't believe people actually like that belt. Looks like a toy and can't be taken seriously.
To each their own! Some people, like myself, grew up with this belt. This is our winged eagle, big eagle, undisputed, etc. It’s nostalgic and fun.

Current title looks looks more like a kids belt with a big ass W that's it , aleast spinner belt had design to it Even had eagle on it
