I noticed on blocks (depends if it s left or right from your mid point ) u can shift a little to the right or to the left ( left if they hit from your right and right if they hit from your left) since people tend to hit towards those directions and it may help get more blocks and touches since u can leave straight hits towards your back row players

I’ve read it! Haha Our city has multiple leagues and facilities with open gym. Some of them are volleyball specific and some rec centres and schools just have drop in times. It really varies from city to city, but they’re almost all public! I appreciate you watching!

Yup! COED is one setting below men’s I believe it’s 2.38m. Men’s is 2.43m. Haha we say “3 cheers for the other team. Hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray, hip hip horray. And one for us, ya” haha

That's why I don't understand whether they hit the ball high or low. Finally, can you tell me the height of the net you played on? Thank you very much.
Most of the team is 5’7”-5’10” I’m 6’3” and Arnaud is 6’4” nobody makes a sturdy camera with good image stabilization to wear as glasses or something though haha. The net is men’s 2.43m
Hi! I'm a volleyball player too, but i am a teenager. Today i did a realyyyy bad mistake and i injured my finger, i won't be able to write for a while. There were 5 people in a team so a jump to the ball,i regret it after that.
