I got a new pc and when I got my laptop it also didn't work. And I continued playing on kitchen pc and when I tried laptop it worked. I am too impatient so I will watch

thanks, I found that for some reason, my permissions to use the logs for roblox were denied, so after allowing them this fixed my problem

Go to Roblox.com, go to any random game and click on play button. After loading it will say download Roblox so click on that
