Karma awakening is broken if you ask me The reason you can say Kawaki's is better is because he shrinks ranged attacks But Boruto's finisher rasengan is better because it can hit multiple enemies But Kawaki onetap fireball is kind easy to miss
i was thinking kawaki can also drop those cubes with the heavy attack in his ult so that may be the reason why i ranked it a little bit higher

What the best way to farm techniques fast ?
@@Pow-dy1kw i guess using outfits that give you secret technique boost or using ults that charge up pretty fast like crystal ice mirrors 🤷🏻♂️
