Some songs are written for one person to sing and no one else can sing it and do it justice, Jimmy Ellis may have brought this song it's first breathe but Colin puts a life into it as if it had written for him as well. A song as a tribute from Elvis to his fans, became an anthem for Jimmy as well that his fans can cherish. Colin honors them both with keeping it and their memories alive.
