BBC Contains Strong Language 2023

This year we supported two international events, as part of BBC Contains Strong Language festival in Leeds.
Language is a Queer Thing brought together six LGBTQIA+ poets, poetry professionals and communities from India and the UK for a residency and showcase.
Whilst Simon Armitage joined with poets from around the world celebrating Leeds as an international hub through the lens of the 175+ languages spoken in the city.
