I’d say it was a fair deal as it’s a lot of time to clean, sort and organize the sets. Instructions are in great shape considering the age. Hope you are able to complete most of them.

Videos on cleaning and sorting are very welcome to me! Do you have any tips on how to deal with discoloured legos, I'd be very interested to see a video that included that.
You know I haven't dabbled in doing experiments on discolored parts yet. Looked at a couple videos but haven't tested yet. Something I am interested in doing though and will definitely make a video when I do!
