The best version of this song. I liked the Bango and Mandolin. After hearing this version of the Ring of Fire I find myself singing the song as it plays in my mind. It fairly matches my wife's and I experience in the early days of our courtship/betrothal/marriage. It was a burning ring of fire.
Back in the day when I had a life. This is in the 80’s early 90’s. Saw some of the best at Telluride. It got commercialized got woke and then not so good. Great this is great ty
I love this version of an old classic. This is a great example of bluegrass, so pure and pleasing to the ear. Thanks, folks, for continuing a great tradition!
Iv asked this before, SERIOUSLY do you know how GOOD you all are ? I know thats a tough question to answer about your talents? But Yall are so humble you just let you music speak for you? God Bless You All.
Valerie (June) Carter Cash would have been proud of your playing of this song, that she was most proud of writing! I joined in on my Snare Drum, with my wire brushes.
Very nice. Not exactly a classic bluegrass song, but certainly classic bluegrass styling. I kept watching for the single microphone so you each would step up and take your solo. LOL! Soundin' real good, folks. Thanks for sharing.
I love Bluegrass music. Back in the mid/late 1980's i was with the Coombs/Hilliers Fire department on Vancouver Island and we were asked to work security for the bluegrass festival in Coombs, it was awesome. Great music and people.
As a lilkiddo in VERNONIA OREGON we all got free tickets to Jonny Cash movie ring of fire. We played by the steam engine and parked by the old logging train tressel in the movie. We watched from where we could up the street by our home while the movie was filmed. Nice memories!
You folks got it goin’ on !!! I enjoyed this very much … awesome & smooth lead vocals accompanied by great harmonies. The beautiful young lady on that banjo definitely knows how it’s done.
I would not thought it possible to do June Carter Cash's (made famous by Johnny) song as Bluegrass. Your vocal harmonies are great. I do miss hearing the Mariachi Trumpets though!
Very nice job! It's SO gratifying to see and hear young talent getting it done! I say young because I've been a performing musician for 44 years, myself, and I'm 60. So you are kids to me. Keep up the excellent work! I'll keep an eye out for you. If you ever play in Virginia, West Virginia, or North Carolina, I'd love to catch your show.
New subscriber here loved this version of Ring Of Fire Blue Grass Style ! Your Harmony was spot on ! Banjo is my favorite string instrument to hear !👍👍

I've never heard this song as a Bluegrass number...Not just anybody could do that. But I like it better than the original. Who needs Mariachi trumpets...this was much better!
