I never seen any body on you tube like you so positive you are a gem.My story I diagnosed with advanced stage of breast cancer in January 2023. I was shattered now it's been two years my life is upside down but now slowly m trying my best and in june I diagnosed with depression but now m doing good try to keep my self busy seeing a psychologist and today my scan results came and everything is good I will be cancer free in future I always hope. And my my is always there for me .and now I started work again.i m grateful I got best treatment and care 😌. I had critical spine surgery after diagnosis and i was just 35 when diagnosed I wasn't able to walk but I start step by step and now I m ready to work again ,I can survive without work but it's my choice to work and meet people ,I m so grateful 🙏 to baba ji always with me.I thought I must share my story may be could help someone.And I wanna tell you I live in Melbourne you lived in Australia. So yeah this is my story hope help someone.M alive and have dreams to fulfil🎉

for anxiety start doing asnas first then pranayama keeping the awareness on the breathing pattern and then in the last meditation..

Dear… my mom is suffering from Chronic RA every time I see her in pain it breaks my heart … recently she had another episode of this and almost her whole body neck down got stiff … I feel so helpless at times since she is a heart patient and she cannot take any pain medication except paracetamol.
