First of all your boyfriend need some documents from Pakistan. Family certificate and verification from Nadra department. And have to take attested documents from ministry of foreign affairs. At the end he will go to Pakistan embassy in Uzbekistan. After this process u should go to your country ministry with these documents. They will change your name on your identification card . U both will go to hospital for medical certificates
