In questo video trovate un esercizio svolto sulla redazione del BUDGET DELLE VENDITE. Un budget delle vendite deriva dalle previsioni di vendita. Esso riporta le vendite previste e i relativi ricavi PREVISIONALI RIFERITI ALL'ANNO SUCCESSIVO definito anno del budget. Generalmente redatto mensilmente o ogni tre mesi, questo budget contiene il riepilogo delle vendite e degli obiettivi. In successivi video pubblicherò la stesura del budget della produzione, degli acquisti, della manodopera ed il loro riepilogo all'interno del budget di Conto Economico.

In this video you will find an exercise carried out on the preparation of the SALES BUDGET. A sales budget is derived from sales forecasts. It reports the forecast sales and the related FORECAST REVENUES REFERRED TO THE NEXT YEAR defined as the budget year. Generally drafted monthly or every three months, this budget contains the summary of sales and goals. In subsequent videos I will publish the drafting of the budget for production, purchases, labor and their summary within the income statement budget.
