I think the interest rates right now are the biggest problem it's ridiculous. I've had my land 18 years and I'm interested in a move but the price today is just crazy makes you want to just hold on and keep what you have.

Thanks for the professional advice. I’m trying to buy and build but all the listings on the sites that you mentioned seem to be for big developers. I haven’t found any 1-2 acre lot. There are mostly 10+ acres. How can one get a single lot (1-2 acres) to buy?
Great question! For the smaller lots, I would advise connecting with a Realtor in the area you are trying to build! I find that most times, Realtors know of those!
