I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of your celebration although I did not understand a word. But I am a believer and just enjoyed the singing. It is about a year ago that I by chance found out about the State known as Mizoram a place I never knew even existed. I was most impressed by the many choirs such as BCM and Besy choir. This led me to do a little research and was blessed to learn that your ancestors were headhunters who were converted to Christianity just over a century ago. What fascinated me the most was that 90% of the population today are Evangelicals mainly Baptists. I heard a similar story about your neighbor Nagaland . A real success story of the transforming power of God that changes hearts and minds of people and gives them a better future. God also keeps His promise to Bless a Nation that honors Him. I am not sure if this group of singers are from one or many churches but the wealth of talent is amazing. I do not want to mention any one singer as they are all exceptionally good and with all the musicians contributed to the great "community sing song".
@vincemervyn6834 - I understand and concur with your comment - For have been listening to the Christian music sung by "my brethren" *"in Christ Jesus our Lord"* from _'the Seven Sisters'_ of NE India (Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura , and Arunachal Pradesh) for several years now - because of the very real sincerity - and genuine emotions of many of the choir members - and of "brethren" in the congregations / audiences - and - as a Biblical "Christian" ( *Acts 11:26* ~ *Romans 10:8-13* ~ *Ephesians 4:4-6* ~AV~KJV) I hunger for this fellowship spiritually - for the 'church' here in America is cold and all about *_'Us Four - and NO MORE'_* - which is WARNED against in *1 John 3:13-14* [AV] . I have many UA-cam videos 'linked' in 'Playlists' which are now my source of 'Biblical Christian Fellowship' ( *Hebrews 10:25* ~AV) - for I left the 'church' that I had attended for about 4 years about a year and a half ago - because of their non-Biblical teachings and the devout following of their religions 'denominational doctrines' which are WARNED against in *Matthew 15:7-9* ~ *1 Timothy 4:1-2* ~ *2 Timothy 3:1-9, 13* ~ *2 Peter 2:1-3* [AV] .
