I hardly go on youtube but this got recommended. The past 10 years of my life have been full of darkness and suffering. This year I started a spiritual transformation. I have dug deep into my roots and felt the repressed pain of my childhood. As a kid I would reach up to the sky to hold the hand of my guardian angel when I was scared. Now I reach down to hold her hand to let her know she’s okay. Manifesting peace for anyone else feeling like me right now.

I am being treated for ppd but its probably not the right medication, as I still feel the same. Hopefully it will kick in, and probably no meds can work if we dont get enough sleep! It really is so important.

Sleep deprivation will cause so much difficulty. I hope you can find compassion for yourself. It is possible to nurse while sleeping. I played on my side and just slept. I got good at this and it helped me get the needed sleep. I also napped during the day when the baby slept.

A beautiful friend sent this to me a few days ago we have both been going through thru some mentally exhausting times trying to get tribe members to try and connect on a different frequency then the lower one that they choose to be on . I am so grateful and thankful for this privilege to hear this . I know my friend did not really know what she sent to me but my late sisters kids and I listen to this first thing in the morning and afternoon and in the car .I have had * surgeries since 2021 and the last major one was in October 2022 so this is healing some mental and physical scars . I guess I’m soul less because as I listen I’m not moved to tear like everyone else. After losing my daughter I don’t feel anything anymore. It’s like I’m numb and I’m so tired of this feeling 😢
Its ok to feel numb. Know that your daughter has simply transitioned to her original state of being. The DNA she manifested here with still resides in u, therefore u can never lose your daughter, she is with u always. Know that when it is your time to transition she will be waiting for. In the mean time dont be afraid to reach out and feel her.
Do some active meditation and pull her energy to you and feel her with you. Get something that belonged to her, go to a quiet place thats undisturbed, hug what belongedd to her close to your heart and open up to her while u also listen to this. If u remain closed off u will block her energy from reaching out to you effectively. I know its tough and wont be easy but a little practice reaching out everyday will get u there. Just open up to the pain and everything that u feel. Give yourself patience, grace & permission to feel, to find her presence reaching out to comfort u within the pain and chaos of your inner turmoil. Biggest hugs to you. 🫂
