I found the player aid (quick rules reference) sheet from BGG helped a lot. It has sections for each faction as well so you can focus on the one you're playing.
I know I'm years late to the party, but I just bought this off of eBay (for a price that I do not even want to think about) and I'm very excited to play it. Thanks for making this video!
I picked this one up not long ago. I was interested in the first edition but it was too expensive I felt. In the first edition the models had to be assembled and the map tiles were double sided so changing those was to being down the cost. I remember the first edition selling for $100 on Miniature Market, I picked up my copy for $47.99 at Cool Stuff Inc. so they did hit a much friendlier price point. Agree with the cards, mine were sleeved after the first game I played. The game itself I enjoyed. I will add if you're a big fan of the franchise you'll find a lot to like, I am a HUGE fan so when the second edition dropped it was an easy buy for me. I'm not a miniatures gamer so I wasn't sure what to expect mechanic wise but I enjoyed it. The rule book is vague but I felt that was for the purpose of customization as the game creates more of a system of how to play than an actual hard rule set. After reading the rules it felt very open-ended in that sense. Overall I had a lot of fun with it. It's not perfect but no game is but I feel it filled a niche in my gaming collection with the more miniatures game feel to it. Someone on BGG said it was a miniatures game for board gamers and I will say that was a very accurate assessment. Thanks for the review, enjoyable as always. :)
Thank you, sir. It is definitely thematic, and fans of the franchise will have a field day. There are some drawbacks, however, as I stated in the review, but I think some people will really get a kick out of it.
I'm a big fan of predators, but I already have Nemesis + Lockdown and Descent 2ed... ofcorse all of them with all expansions. I don't think that this game would hit the table often =/
@@TheDiscriminatingGamer fury of Dracula and alien vs predator will be going on my 'other games of interest' list. Fury in section A n for now alien predator down in section B the to be reviewed. There's like a total 25-30 games......some day...all will be mine!
I am so relieved to see we weren't really going to lose you to a chestburster! Whew! :-D
I'm sorry I had to deceive you...

Too funny I just bought Legendary Encounters Predator 5 hours ago.
That's a great game!

Nemesis is a superior Game.
Have to say I agree, dungeon crawls are starting to feel old; I like the ping system in this one though.
Yeah- the ping system is a pretty cool mechanic.
I was hoping this was a tabletop RPG.
I did not know this game existed.
And now you do. What will you do with that knowledge?

are you the brother of Phil Collins :)
And for that, you are no longer allowed on this channel. Much.
Phil only wishes he looked as marvelous as you TDG. (Me: Not a Phil Collins fan).
Had you gone into to a show tune I would have agreed with your ex-wife.
Douglas Pearson That's only because you e never really heard me sing...
I will reconsider when I see you wear a pink tutu, a horned Viking helmet and singing Evita.
In other words, a typical Friday night?
Boy the wife and I would like to party with you.
I will never look at Friday nights the same ever again.
