We need your reaction to Ich Tu Dir Weh , from "Live From Madison Square Garden". Is a great Rammstein song
but without translation. You have to try really really hard to get censored in Germany. Rammstein did it. The text is a little... uhhmmm... controversial

Till got a hole cut in his cheek to get the light in from the outside for the music video of "Ich Tu Dir Weh". Obviously it was just a one off thing because of the infection risk and what not, but it shows how much the man cares about his art

You should watch "Mein Herz Brennt", the piano version (Official Video). Just Till and a piano. Very different from anything you've heard or seen so far. 😉

Here for the concert, Till has put a wire with a lamp in his mouth. For the music video for the song "Ich tue dir weh" he really had a hole pierced through his cheek. He didn't want you to see the wire. The consequence was that every time he wanted to drink something, the hole in his cheek had to be closed with a finger, otherwise the water ran out of there. Crazy Till.

Ramm-Stein! They have awesome concerts from what I've seen! Would be amazing to see them live especially their "Engel" performance. This rocked. I still suggest "Eiffersucht" sometime.

At this concert, a wire was placed in his mouth to illuminate his mouth. Initially, for this purpose, Till’s cheek was pierced, through which this wire passed.
🤨You can see the wire. It comes out of the mouth. The same light he used in the video of "Ich tu dir weh". At 6:40 you can see it very good. It's a small fibreglass wire

Your pronunciation of Rammlied was spot on. Many other reactors pronounce it Rammleid, with ei instead of ie which is quite a difference. Lied, like in Rammlied means song, while Leid is also a german word and means Suffering.

This was the opener after ten years of boyvutting the US due to the frenzied nationaliem after WTC. MSG sold out in 20 minutes, and there is a video which includes them breaking through a plasterboard wall coming on stage and then starting this number.

Most RAMMSTEIN fans can`t speak german but all can sing their songs. That`s amazing for me as a german. I saw them two times live and the performance is not from this planet.

Also, Till Lindemann, one of the few alpha-males on this planet that could stand in front of a huge crowd, in a red leather apron, wearing a hair-net and a red feather boa, yet still no-one would dare doubt his masculinity.
Dear Stacey, I really want to recommend the Bucksttabu and Educated Marine channels. Almost all live videos are available there with subtitles. Also for the older official videos, when there was no automatic translation. For me, Lindemann's poetry is essential to Rammstein's impact.
