The dealer is asking for $180 for just checking my backup light, while you can buy the light bulb with $14 and fix on yourself
T25 screwdriver is needed and a back up light bulb socket type is W16W

Dealer quoted me $684.50 to replace the LED back-up bulb on my 2019 SQ5. I get paying a little extra to cover shop expenses, but that's gotta be the most expensive lightbulb ever! I'm going to give this a try first...

Definitely, dealer charge me $180 only for taking a look.
Though can not guarantee, this should also works for sq5, q7, they seem to have the same type of backup light

My 2015 SQ5 used a standard Phillips screw, not the Torx style, look closely before you purchase a T-25 Torx screwdriver.
