The way main broadcast covers fights is "There's something relatively minor that a player needs to do in this exact moment, lets spend an extra 12 seconds discussing who should shoot the wattson fences instead of looking at the other 11 squads that might be fighting as the zone closes in." Can they understand that I don't need commentary about cleaning up wattson fences or the fact one specific squad got overshields from a purple to a red swap. I need to have clear concise discussion about the big picture of the game, such as these 3 teams need to rotate in and start contesting for the next playable rock. That's relevant information, not shooting inanimate objects. Do they even play the game enough to understand what words actually matter in terms of contextualizing a BR or are we just working the apex shift so you can call yourself a caster. Cause it feels like you just enjoy wasting my time EVERY time I see a clip from the main broadcast. It's infuriating to me to watch someone like Nicewigg be called the B team when in reality he's the only one giving relevant information about the 60 person cluster we call ALGS. That felt good to express.
I would suggest to you to watch nicewigg. What you just said is what nicewigg actually does. His input is way better than the official algs commentary.

The official ALGS commentary is just background noise. It would be awkward with only in game sound. If you want commentary, just watch any team and their comms.
