In my opinion, to a certain extent, this music can be a therapeutic tool for stress management, healing and emotional processing. Music and emotions are personal, cultural and linked to past experiences. One song does not evoke the same feeling in everyone. That is the beauty of the diversity of music and preferences across different cultures and time periods.
