I just wanted to let you know how motivating and informative your videos have been for me. I will be 60 next year and have just let my pretty side go. I keep up my skin care and maybe s little mascara buf that has been it for a while. Also, I have always been perplexed with the proper application. Anyway I bought a few items and have more coming. Just with the few items I applied, self confidence went a little higher and I actually felt a little bit prettier. I'm really exciting to start getting my items delivered. I guess one is never to old. Thank you so much for your videos!

I’m also over 60 and have found it’s so important to like what you see in the mirror. It’s amazing what a thin layer of foundation, a little bit of eye shadow and mascara and a pretty peach blush can do. Have a light hand, you’ll be amazed at the result 😍
My mom is nearing 80 and she enjoys playing with make up looks, and looks lovely. She doesn't try to look 20 but capitalizes on being in her late 70s. The other ladies have mentioned it and its true even for any age -- a skincare ritual with a good moisturizer is key and go from there, enhancing the features you want to enhance. Risa's channel is great for this and UA-cam is such a great resource in general. Enjoy there!!

L’Oréal has always made some fabulous products. I used to work for their sister company Lancôme and their products are very comparable. I actually prefer L’Oréal’s mascaras. L’Oréal also makes one of the best Hyaluronic Acid serums out there.
The fact that she still has 100% credibility with me even in a sponsored video speaks to the trust that she’s built with her audience over the years. And just look at the finished result. Incredible.
I am turning 52 this year. I loved foundation as a younger me but I just don't do foundation now. It accentuates all those fine lines and creases. However, I love using Dermatology tinted moisturizer with SPF. Once it drys down it looks like well moisturized skin. Love it. Then I just use a color corrector. Works for me. I am a huge fan of L'Oreal and absolutely love the eye shadow palette you used. I tend to use beachy bright tones on my eyes to brighten and lift my eyes. Thanks for all your tips. Love your videos!
Another fabulous makeup tutorial, Risa! Just wanted to know if you’ve tried L’Oréal’s (relatively) new eyeliner Le Liner. It’s beautiful! Goes on very smoothly and it absolutely stays put-even in the waterline or tight line. It’s even better than Milani’s Stay-put liner!

L'Oreal has been getting every duck in a row lately! I have another L'Oreal Wonder cream for you. It is the L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base. Jen Phelps said about it in a video last week that I saw of hers and I ran out and tried it because she was shouting it's praises from the rooftops too. And I just had to see for myself! I actually put it on the back of my hand as soon as I got in the car to make sure that I got a good batch of it because some people said that there's was hard and crusty but it must have been expired Jen said because it is a soft pink fluffy moose. This Magic Perfecting Base blurred out everything on the back of my hand, discoloration, fine lines, dryness, everything! I tried it then on my face the next day and it truly did even out everything and perfect everything and make my face smoother than I have ever seen it before putting on makeup! Now that you had said about this serum I'm going to run out and grab it too thank you so much!
Shelby, are the colors for the Magic Perfecting Base the same as their Visible Lift foundations? I hate trying to figure out which color works for me!!!

I'm SO glad you still vote for the Freshwesr as a top Foundstion. After many tries, over a year's time, I finally made it work for me. This was because I had been putting it on with my fingers, not blending, then immediately taking it off saying it wasn't working for me, whereas every other Foundation I used a sponge for application.
Then one day it dawned on me that I was not giving it a fair trial so I used the dampened sponge and Presto!! It worked and I was very happy. Not to say that there aren't trouble spots sometimes due to dry places, on occasion, but it all depends on prepping the skin and getting a good night's sleep which we should all do with every Foundation anyway🤗.

Its a shame that Alcohol Denat is the 3rd ingredent. Why do they do that?
I read that the denatured alcohol helps other ingredients to absorb. It gets such a bad rap but it has a purpose
@@naynayp5135 I went to purchase this serum and when I saw the alcohol so near the top of the ingredients list, I put it back. I have also noticed the L'Oreal Elvive Wonder Waters for the hair have denatured alcohol. It's a solvent. It's ethanol. I don't get it either.

I can highly recommend their "Age perfect serum foundation" (the bottle that has the same design as the serum in this video).
A lovley, creamy, plumping foundation that is perfect for mature skin.
Even my oily mature skin loves this creamy serum-foundation!
At first i thougt it was going to be too creamy for me, but it sinks in beautifully and feels really plumping 😍

Very pretty look! I LOVE L’Oreal products, especially the lipsticks. I wanted to try the Midnight Serum but my skin doesn’t do well with alcohol & a lot of fragrance…..I wish they had a fragrance free version.

P.S. I have dry, over 40 skin and the Fresh Wear foundation is stunning on me. Don’t be afraid to try it if you have dry skin. Just prep with a good moisturizer;)
