Ace. That solo was impressive. I also love your taste in guitars. Think I have said this before though! Would you by any chance know of a particular year that the round shoulder Gibson's had a narrow fretboard? I would love a narrow necked J-50.
I think he may have used it on one of the guitar tracks (there are at least two seperate tracks in the recording - maybe even 3). Although it can easily be just him strumming with the fingernails. If you're playing the song on one guitar though, fingers is the way to go because of the little licks he doed between chords.
Your covers are really good! But i still feel something is missing.. I think Elliott was just naturally an amazing guitar player who was extremely profeciant with playing.
I wish you were still uploading new videos. Your Elliott Smith covers are the best ones on UA-cam!
You are a very gifted and talented guitarist! Thanks for some of the best ES covers I've ever seen. Would love to see your own music too.
You're the man. Thanks for doing all these. Seriously.
there is someone looking down from heaven and singing with you. Elliott loves you, I truely believe that...
dude your nailed that!
Guitar was perfection
Vocals were as closed to Elliott as you can get
:)
Wow, that is perfect. I figured out how to play this. But you showed me how to perform it. So good!
Mike as usual you blow me away brotha, every time I find a new favorite Elliot tune you have of course done a breath taking cover. Much love
been listening to your covers for a while now, apparently we share the same respect for a Eliott Smith, you sound great man.
Legend! All of your videos!

@somemusic4you Thanks. Made my night. Look for some more ES covers coming to my channel soon.
Is that a J-45? Sounds like one. Nice job!!!
Where do I get the cipher from this song?
I think Elliott used a pick on this one, not his fingers as he used to do, as he did for Looking over my shoulder, don't you think?
