You are right. I did leave a comment. I asked a question about his color looking gray or dull. I watched your video a lil longer and you confirmed my thoughts that it's off white and not pearly white.
Lol thanks for getting back to me. Thought it was strange I couldnt see your previous comment. The new one definitely looks grey/off white in comparison to the very bright white of the original release.
I dont mind the plus line, i just hope it doesn't take away development on newer figures. Especially after all these years we should have by now a Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge.
Seems they've deferred to the 3rd party companies to do the movie Decepticons. Looks like Takara is definitely concentrating on the core Autobot cast from Seasons 1 and 2. I just hope they announce a new Megatron soon!
i won't get multiples of figures or made up/diaclone figures. made an exception for RoadRage since it was first female though. If they ever do Skywarp/Thundercracker with upside down insignia i may get them too. o and giving thought to mp-13b just for official Ratbat. Nice review again
Made up diaclone figures? Those arent made up. They're homages to the original Diaclone figures that Takara made before the Transformers brand even existed!
Kool Kollectibles sorry i meant i don't buy the made up or diaclone figures. i put / instead of or. my wallets only so big lol. i try stick to cartoon characters but i do appreciate how lovely the colours are on the diaclone repaints
The grey is a nice glossy paint so in hand I think it looks great. The MP-14+ colour way is far more cartoon accurate than the original MP-14, so if you're looking for one Red Alert, I'd recommend the MP-14+. But if you dont like the grey, just go with the original which still looks OK.
I have almost all the mp transformers but I won't be buying any of these repaints, I really love the idea of it but they should have done this from the start
Not really. From the Asian retailers the price was pretty much the same. The contents of each set is also the same with accessories. The paint app definitely looks better in bot mode with the new one. For car mode, I'd say the original is better with its Lamborghini badging. If you have both, you can have the best of both worlds.
