I feel sry for these IT employees they are in a rat race even after completing studies still need to learn new technologies and upgrade skills I feel sry because after few years all they will have is lack of job satisfaction and work life balance many IT employees struggle with neck pain, back pain, headaches, stress, acidity and lack of sleep and insomnia after few years even though they get better salaries they get stuck with EMI’s due to social race and end up mismanagement of basic life best of luck to all those who dream of this IT roles

I am fresher and I am placed in product based company and my salary is 18LPA. I am doing work from home And coming to work I am having very flexible work timings and not having any stress at all. I am able to complete my work in 2-3 days and chilling remaining days of week. And coming to holidays apart from Saturday and Sunday, we can take sick leave for every month and can take previleage leave for 10 days in a year and planned leaves 10 days per year. If we calculate we are working 7 months out of 12 months only. And one can take paternity leave up to 30 days when you are becoming father up to two children.All depends upon type of project and type of company. If we placed in Google you can enjoy life much more this. I'm sure at my fresher life itself I got 18 LPA and as experience increases my salary will also increase accordingly at am average rate of 10% per year in same company and if we switch to other company it will be 30-50% per year. I think there are very few jobs like this.

Accordingly the ability of the old &new UG&PG students should be tested/reviewed and should be approved by the concerned government of India statutory educational councils/boards. The boards must be provided the degree validity certificate to the concerned qualified students for assurance about worthiness of the degree holder, for the employment in the Indian organisations including private.
if any student not qualified ability tests, then the university must return the total fees of the concerned not qualified UG & PG degree holder because the students are being consumers of the education in this country.
The abilities of old and new UG&PG degree holders were not tested and certified by the concerned government of India statutory educational councils in india for the purpose of posts and services in Indian organisations including private. Universities are not government of India departments.
