Hello I'm writing from Germany is there a genetic test for cadasil?
I have the diagnosis of chronic migraine over 10 years and it.doesnt get better,
Retinale Aura, Tinnitus, lot of neurological problems.

So not so long ago I was diagnosed with cadasil after a suffering with lupus and aps I've 2 small kids x I'm wondering if there is any knowledge of which side it dominantly comes from?

Now known not to be that rare, more common than Multiple Sclerosis.

Vascular malformations or dural arteriovenous fistula can be formed by Cadasil disease ?
