- While every other team in the NFL is doing it "for the gram," Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos are doing it for the dubs! Sean Payton's lockdown and OTA silence is so drastically different than the strategy employed by every team in the NFL and that should excite Denver Broncos fans.
The fact that he is able to get an entire locker room on board with this digital minimalist approach to camp shows that he's established a trusting culture already. While Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, and Caleb Williams have overhyped videos of them throwing in slow motion with no pass rush and no tackling, Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos are grinding in silence. There will be media access to tomorrow's practice and it'll be very interesting to discover how this team is shaping up, does Bo Nix look as good against veterans as he did against rookies, who are our starting wide outs, who is returning kicks. That and so much more to come!

As I have stated before. The only QB that was truly an NFL QB and not an inconsistent highlight reel was Bo Nix. All other QBs besides JJ lived to scramble and broke the pocket purposely.

I don't know how old you are Ben but I never thought I'd meet another Broncos fan as die hard as me, but you certainly fit the bill. Been a fan from the day of my Birth in 1978 Mom and Grandma made sure of it.
Cut from a very similar cloth it sounds like! I was born in 1985...we moved back to CO from Arizona at the 97/98 Super Bowl run and that was when I fell in love. I've maybe missed 1 or two games since then and it was for unavoidable reasons! Sean Payton is rebuilding this thing the right way...thanks for weighing in!
If we get Bill Parcels results that is all that matters.
Great take- SP is the modern day Parcels- he's from his coaching tree and you can tell. He brings a new flair to the Parcels model by doing "Club Dub" in locker room after wins, signing a shoe deal with Jordan brand...I really think we are lucky to have him!
If greenbay is offered a 2nd, 3rd and a 4th then I’d take it. Sutton had an attitude about trading Russ, I don’t believe his loyalty is to the team, he is getting up there in age and was only in the 700 yd range. If he was hitting 1k per season then that’d be another story but we got a lot of new talent and don’t need someone who is bitter at the team for trading Russ. Trade him before his value plummets

I think Sutton wants and deserves more guaranteed money. Guy is coming off his best season. We need his leadership and he should get paid for it.
He had 772 yds in 2019 he had 1112. 772 is mid.

I wouldn't give him a new contract but i would up his guaranteed money. But hey who knows? Sutton might want a crazy contract. He might deserve it after this year but not sooner imo.

Sean Payton is a great coach I love his style of coaching! I’m also a fan of no phones or recording of talent at ota’s! A wiseman once said I don’t fight in tournaments because when I fight a man for real I don’t want him to know what I can do! Hence the no phones at ota’s!

100% I'm truly not that scared of Xavier Worthy because of his drop issues. Running a straight line 40 yard dash and being a great receiver aren't correlated or KJ Hamler would still be a Bronco and the Raiders would have multiple Super Bowls, they were always drafting fast dudes who weren't good receivers
Love my broncos and the channel but there is no way they’d get more than a 4th for Sutton.

Haha...I'll take it. I need to have my dad on an episode so he can share with you that I'm not a overly optimistic Broncos guy, I did not feel this way about the Broncos under Joseph, Fangio, Hackett...I was pulling my hair out...but this is different and I BELIEVE!

Now that Payton has the team the way he sees fit, we should have a better season! I’m as bold as to predict we go 11-6. Everybody jump on this train and let’s ride it all the way to the playoffs!
No way in hell they are going to get a first let alone a second for Sutton. The best case scenario is a 3rd and some change. He's not a #1 WR. Just ship him out because he doesn't want to be here. 🤦

Why anyone that would give credit to a single person for a Superbowl win is beyond me. A victorious campaign of that magnitude should be accredited to everyone from the owner to the groundskeepers.

Winning is a culture that everyone has to be part of- but Sean is setting the stage for that to happen!
With Sean Payton's salary, I have a hard time believing Broncos can't afford to pay their players. That's the problem, as I see it; Broncos would rather stoke the ego of an over-rated coach rather than support their team.
Seriously? The coach's salary doesn't count against the cap - Sutton's does.

Seriously, wasting nearly 40 million on a quarterback for which you get absolutely no service because Sean Payton decided he wanted to abandon ship is okay while securing the career of a player through guaranteed compensation is not? Do you honestly believe Sean Payton's salary should be anywhere near comparable to that of Bill Belichick who coached a team to 13 AFC championships and six Superbowl wins?
Wake up! Broncos is a failed state of affairs and is ranked #30 of 32 teams. Sean Payton, certainly is not deserving of the second highest compensation package in all of the NFL. What has Sean Payton done for the Bronco franchise ... absolutely nothing. You're living a fairy tale for the benefit of a narcissist if you believe he has the capabilities to do anything more.
