Delhi is becoming jungle of unauthorized colonies and clusters and most of Delhi developed unpland ways in GPA basis and their is disputes on land title. Colonies are over crowded no basic civil facilities and amenities. Peoples are living in miserable and non-hygenic condition, specially in colonies, resettled colonies and clusters just like Dharavei. Drug mafia and criminals are active in these areas. I have sold my DDA flats in Dwarka in good premium and bought a big 3bhk flat in gated township in new gurugram near dwarka express way and save some money. Is it right decision?

Sir uttam nagar me bahut affordable properties hai . but waha nationalized bank loan kyon nahi dete . are they unauthorised .plz guide us GPA waali properties nahi khareedna chahte hum log. we want a home to live and can invest less then 50 lakh. plz guide us.

I am a keen observer of Delhi properties rate and facilities and drawback of colonies in Delhi. But still I don't want to move in Gurgaon. Sir please give me chance to discuss one to one with you in this regard.
Would love to see your views on lal dora properties/colonies which are highly congested and densely populated. Most of the houses are covered with adjacent houses from all four sides and Don't even have one side open to road. They are good for cheap renting but not for living purpose.
Agreed ....all families with govt job parents are facing this. The next gen doesnt want ro uproot the parents bt still want to move to Ggn not only bcos of affordability but because of frend circle, cosmopolitan culture...bigger options

Simple, they are the vote bank. That's why they kept voting for Delhi govt to get rights of the land as it happened before countless time in Delhi. Slums people enjoy free lands and later sell it and make a good money with zero investment. Getting freebies over that also.. Now central government removed Delhi govt status to a chaprasi then there are huge chances of atleast removing these slums to a very limited area under a boundry

And it took almost 15 years to convince my family to move to Gurgaon.. 2017 I moved in Gurgaon.... Just want to say.... Don't get late .... Gurgaon still have scope of appreciation in property but delhi has maxed out...
Main problem is old floor do not get resale value as buyer expects.. Delhi property market is commanded by property dealer of respective area. Nowadays they like to collaborate for making new structures by demolition of complete building, they are not interested for resale and all.

Should he live on rent until his death?
