Why there is no plasmid in animal cell??????😊

Plastids are absent in animals because:
Animals are mobile organisms, which means that they can move around to obtain their food.
They can fulfill their nutritional requirement by preying or obtaining food from other sources.
Therefore, they do not require any pigments which help in synthesising food through photosynthesis.
Plants on the other hand, are immobile and require to synthesise their own food in order to survive.

Plasmids are absent in animal cells
      1. Because in animal cell linear DNA is present inside the Nucleus, along with enzymes specialized for the Replication of linear DNA and Transcription, Plasmid do not enter in the Nucleus.
      2. Plasmid is circular extra chromosomal DNA which provide resistance to bacteria from many antibiotics, but animal cell have well developed immune system so no need for any resistance by plasmid, but even if plasmids present in animsl cell the animal cell have capacity to distroy it.
      3. Plasmid in bacterial cell can transfer to other bacteria by conjugation but animal cells undergo mitosis which leads to transfer of genetic material to daughter cells.
      4. Animal cells do not have pathogenic nature so not have plasmids, bcz bacterial plasmids are most commonly have some genes which encode some toxins, to kill other bacteria.
There are many more reasons that why animal cells do not have plasmids.
