Personally, I think they should've made the ending a little more intense in the remix. Would've made it seem a little more exciting, especially with the rapid amount of notes in that section.
However the music in the first two Xeno/Lord X/Sally.ALT parts really fits, it's just the end part that could've changed.

Hearing Xenophanes and Lord X belt out complete 4 voice chord progressions together makes me wish there were more Doubles battles or even Quadruples battles in FNF to open the way for some incredible depth to be added to the music.
There are a few songs with triple battle mechanics. Bonedoggle, and that one with BF, Melody, and Pappa the Rappa I can’t remember the name of come to mind. Someone made a chart for the Invasion Mix of Fatality that does the same thing too

Lord X and Xenophane duet'ing stole the whole show. They just sound SO DAMN GOOD together.
EDIT: Though upon listening to this several more times I gotta say Sally.Exe is worth some complements too. Her design looks insanely badass with how she pulls out her intestines and uses them as a mic. Her voice is just awesome too. It sounds like electric guitar rifts. Everything about her is just badass (not to mention she literally took on Xenophane and Lord X whom are gods in their own rights with how overwhelmingly strong they are and she just took them both on like it meant nothing. Win or lose she gets my respect.)

I know this is supposed to be in order of how you fight them in the mod but I think that rouge and knuckles would work better than eggman and rouge as knuckles and rouge are more connected than eggman and rouge.

First rouge and eggman steal so I took it for granted that they were together for that reason.
second was the third character who had his own laugh.
Third, it would look weird if Amy was with Eggman, it wouldn't make much sense.
