None of that is true. There have been experiments with cloud seeding to bring rain, but it is not practical. HARRP is just a tool to study the upper atmosphere and Doppler radar is simply a way to be able to determine the speed of storms and the intensity of precipitation. The weather has been weaponized for decades. HARRP, chemtrails, Nexrad, Dopler and thousands of weather manipulation patents. These people are clueless.
None of that is true. There have been experiments with cloud seeding to bring rain, but it is not practical. HARRP is just a tool to study the upper atmosphere and Doppler radar is simply a way to be able to determine the speed of storms and the intensity of precipitation. It doesn't and can't control anything.
