Very informative!!! Thank you.. Edit.to add: that seasonal mesh is horrible - I never put it together, but spent a lot of time studying the mesh - my store jams them together by color. Thanks for that time saver!!!
OMG ….where was this video BEFORE I purchased all that seasonal deco? Thank you for informing the new crafter (me😂) ! I did put some SUPER HOLD hair spray on one of my wreaths that seemed to help with the fraying.
May i add that I bought that mermaid tail wreath form 2 years ago and have been absolutely stymied about what to do with it. I have played with the idea of using the glass gems on the body. Your tail is gorgeous! And I would think about doing something like that on the body as well to give the idea of scales but your wreath is an absolute stunner
The rotary cutter that I bought from the Dollar 25C. Tree only lasted for about two wreaths of mesh ,I'm glad they last you so long ! In fact one 0air fell apart while I was cutting with it !
I've used them all and never knew there's a difference between the everyday and seasonal mesh. Now I know which ones will fray the most. Thanks so much for sharing. Your wreaths are gorgeous, btw. Especially the mermaid!!! 1st time seeing it.
Thank you for the important information on the supplies. Appreciate your time in making a great video. So good I subscribe to your channel today! 🌻🐝🌸🩷- Florida 😎
Thank you soooo MUCH for sharing this!! I have a bunch of the deco mesh that I had bought when the mesh first started showing up in stores. I love the look of the wreaths but got so discouraged trying to get them to work & look right that I just gave up on them. The videos back then just didn't help much at all. Your tutorials make it look so much easier and give me motivation to try again! I'm working on turning a spare room into a craft room and can't wait to get started on a wreath once it's ready! Thanks again! 💖
You are so welcome. Once you get into it you will be hooked! You can do it just remember anything new just needs practice to master! Enjoy the journey!
Thank you so much for the information. It was very helpful. I don’t make too many wreaths but when I do I use dollar tree mash now I know what to stay away from. Thank you. I love all of the methods, especially the one you created, the rose bundle method is beautiful 😊❤❤
Im looking for 10 in by 30 feet mesh i make tons of wreaths but u guys dont have to many tin signs for wreaths about the same size of the covers for stove burners if u could get some that have signs on them white christmas let it snow jingle bells ho ho ho with santa id buy them i need lightweight circular signs any other holiday signs to id buy them to just hoping u read this
I love everything that you do. You’ve taught me so many different methods. I’m so happy I found you I’m recommending you to everybody. I know the crafts again thank you so much you’re the best one out there.
Well thank you so much. I was never going to buy DT mesh again because I had frayed strings all over the house. I had never used any mesh before. I wanted to make a nautical wreath so I guess I picked up seasonal and it was a holy mess lol. Excellent video.
@@michellehamilton5550 No she did not. I published the folded ruffle method May of 2020 a year before she took my method and put her name on it and called it her own. You should have your facts straight before you accuse someone. Check publishing dates if you want the truth!
I absolutely love the examples of the different Dollar Tree mesh. Truly wish I found this video before buying so much. I recently tried making a swag out of the Dollar Tree trees along with black and purple mesh. 😢 being a newbie at this, the fraying from the mesh drove me nuts and i put the project aside.
I understand, I use to get frustrated with it when they first changed their seasonal mesh. A frayed mess. That is what inspired me to create a few new methods that would help tame even the worst mesh. Just think if you can master Dollar Tree mesh than you can work with any kind of mesh and make something beautiful.
The video you watched is a technique video. As stated in the video if you want to see the full tutorial of any of the videos I shared you can find the link to it in the description box. Thanks for watching.
Hi from Carbondale PA and our dollar store doesn't carry every day mesh. We're lucky they get some seasonal crappy mesh. They also stopped carrying ribbon and for that matter, most craft products.
You just make ribbon bundles and attach it to the wire wreath form in the back simply push the mesh aside until you can get to the wire wreath form and attach it wherever you would like.

liked them all very good work Ms. Michelle Smith, planning on using some of them soon, maybe couple of them for Valentine Day.
Please do!

Um, I do not work for Dollar Tree! I just teach you how to craft using Dollar Tree items. You should write Dollar Tree corporate.

Sorry to hear that
How do U add ribbon tails and bow once U have completed the base. That is using the ruffle method
You just make ribbon bundles and attach it to the wire wreath form in the back simply push the mesh aside until you can get to the wire wreath form and attach it wherever you would like.
@@MichelleSmithCreations thankyou 😊
Naturally, I bought all of the wrong mesh except for one
Thank you for the great video. It was really helpful.
