Subbed! I think it's great that you made this seperate channel. To be honest I dont really watch track set reviews that often anymore so I rarely watch your main channel videos. Looking forward to future videos on this channel! 👍🏼
Fantastic idea Mark, looking forward to new collectors content, ofc subbed and hit the bell👍Hope you consider selling worldwide on eBay at some point in the future using eBay global shipping program.
I like the Hot Wheels carrying cases made by Tara Toys. Have acquired a few of the older blue ones that came with small collections I've bought, and you can fit more than 90 cars in one of those. Got a few jammers as well and I like being able to see what's inside, but don't think they hold quite as many cars. I love the sound they make when you move them too, kind of a satisfying solid rattling sound (heard frequently on JNR). Don't have too many carded cars so I just use clear plastic shoeboxes for those. For tracksets I use Sterilite stacking containers, not quite the same ones seen here but similar. It makes me happy to have everything organized and dust free.
For my storage of vehicles Loose: I own 1 jammer case then I use the hot wheel cases, which I have 1 big case which holds about 110 vehicles, then I have a smaller case which holds about 60 vehicles. Standard card: I own 3 hot cases, 2 are completely full the 3rd is almost full. Then I have a few on the special single plastic case of a car. Loose Monster trucks: I have them in a plastic flip top container, but what I do is have 1 layer of trucks then a piece of cardboard over them to place another layer. I have 3 layers of trucks per container. I own 3 containers and 2 are completely full then the 3rd is about half full. Carded Monster trucks and bigger cards for vehicles: I put them in a large flip top container. Plan to put those moister packs in each case so just in case any moister gets in the cases, the vehicles will be safe.
I use the Jammers for loose cars and I also use a WalMart brand 15 quart plastic tote (says "homz" on the handle and "MAINSTAYS" on the label) for carded cars. I can fit about 48 cars in the 15qt container. They are cheap but probably wont stack as tall as the Sterilite totes because they are narrow. Very cool video, thanks for the helpful info!
When I started collectin in 1998, I used to use different Sterilite tubs. Unfortunately, those lids crack with weight over time. I showed in my new Collectors Time Capsule series goo.gl/aFLZqK
You collection is sure well stored! I will have te do a recount of mine. Last time I checked in may 2017 I had 5000 cars. All my looses cars goes to Organisers and plano cases. They are definetly the best for storages units. Instead of organising thems by alphabetical orders I sort thems by manufacturers or country of origin. Exemples, all my mopars are together, all my jdm same, europeens supercars etc. The most challenging thing to store is the premium diecast. Greenlight, M2, Autoworld, Hot Wheels Car Cultures, Matchbox Superfasts...They get their own boxes. Also not to forget the Majorette / Matchbox Semi trucks too! :)
I store my track parts in the Stackers shown after 5:29. I mainly use the double-height versions but taller parts get put in the triples. Since I'm an adult and I take care of them, I prefer the see-thru containers. For kids, I recommend the solid versions because they are more durable. The see-thru versions are made with a plastic that is translucent but the properties of that plastic also make them brittle. If you drop it, it can crack/shatter.
@ExodoPics The creator of the cases used to be here in California. I could just drive a half hour and pick them up. However, he moved and now somebody else takes care of them and hes not in California. I also bought them in person at conventions. I never bought them from the website.
@mrgrooves wish I woulda known about these back then..I'll keep looking for something similar before spending a fortune on 3 of these😅 thank you for the info. Appreciate it.

Those jammers are amazing! They instantly fill up each time I order more. :P
I grew up watching him from toy set review to collecting series
So helpful, I just have a bunch of hotwheels in bins or laying out

How do you store your tracks? Specifically the loops, battery pieces, basically the bulky pieces?

Great video. Hey, whatever happened to your office cat?
It has been cold so I don't leave the door open that often. I did on Sunday and she came to visit.

In 2024 3 Hotcases are almost $90 from the website..what happen?..:(
I didn't check, I presume that is a bundle and not a single, but last time I did, that price included shipping charges.
@@mrgrooves 30 dollars a case is a big jump from the 11 dollars :(. Or did it almost equal 30 with shipping back then?
@ExodoPics The creator of the cases used to be here in California. I could just drive a half hour and pick them up. However, he moved and now somebody else takes care of them and hes not in California. I also bought them in person at conventions. I never bought them from the website.
