You should try the Dazzle Dry nail polish system. It dries insanely fast, saves time and lasts like a gel. It is also a healthier option for your nails. It would be a great product to try and do a review.

Also apply Vaseline every day to nail areas for beautiful skin condition.

Same exact thing here! Hate removing gel. Just bought the o&j kit. 🤞 it helps with growing out my nails and with pretty polished nails!

I am the same way with gel polish! It will last a solid 2 weeks, then start peeling near the cuticle, and it'll annoy me enough that I peel it off in a sheet. Not great for the health of my nails, so I tried finding an alternative. I didn't find anything inherently special about Olive & June polish, but I did love the tools and their system. Thanks for the demo!

OPI makes a product called “Chip Skip” and Orly makes a bonder too. Just brush on before your base coat and your polish should not chip for at least 7 days. It’s Inexpensive too. Sally Hansen has a “miracle gel”. It’s a two step process and you don’t need the bonder I just mentioned above. My manicure lasts 7 days with NO chipping. I only removed it cuz I wanted a color change. You dont have to work so hard.

Thank you so much for a great tutorial and review. The one that came off is the one you had to redo. So maybe if you had rebuffed it would have stayed on! I am going to try this system!!

Thank you, Marsha! Someone else mentioned needing to re-prep and I think you’re right! I’ve continued to use the system and really enjoy it!

Nice video... next purchase from O&J should be primer & dry drops! And practice makes perfect on the clean up!

I haven't tried their top coat but I do have two of their colors, HZ and Grateful & Kind. I find that the polishes don't have a strong scent and last for about 5 days on my nails.

I think that the reason your left ring finger fell off was that's the one you "Messed"

Could be! In my experience glitter polish tends to be more prone to chipping as well!

the poppy was such a waste of money in my opinion. i suck at painting my nails and it didn’t suck any less while using their product.
it’s way too expensive for a piece of rubber, it’s a massive gimmick.
as for the polish, i think it’s pretty streaky but it’s alright? it doesn’t dry that quickly and it’s very sheer, about on par with dollar store polish, if not worse tbh.
    it has cute packaging though!

    • @madi2812

a note, the polish doesn’t smell as bad as normal polish. so that is a big plus.

I agree. The poppy is expensive. Did you know that after I bought it I found a dupe of the poppy at Dollar tree?! 😒

If you apply any "good" top coat daily, it will give you the same results. It will protect the mani. No need for any special nail polish.

I disagree about the potent scent. I find theyre much less potent than regular nail polish
