Jeanna! Question…might be kind of a dumb one but…can that beautiful Christmas ribbon for the tree be used again in a tree the following year or is it a single time use? Some of these ribbons are like $60 for 10 yards 😅. This will be my first year adding ribbon to the tree!
The only dumb question is the one not asked - bring ‘em on! ABSOLUTELY! Heirloom ribbon can be used again and again when stored properly ❤️ it will perform year after year. You can use cheaper ribbon, it’s just won’t have the longevity or be the same type of performer. ❤️
Keep the spools your ribbon comes on for storage, or if you forget and toss it or it gets broken use an empty toilet paper/paper towel roll tube and use it to wrap your ribbon back around when storing it for next season. You can use the wire to your advantage to help secure it back when wrapped up. You could also use a little clip, a rubber band, a scrunchie, just wouldn’t recommend tape. I store my ribbons back by colors and put them into those jumbo XXL zip lock bags by color and then keep them all in their own tub so it can’t get crushed. I’ll store them with tree skirts/fabrics/holiday textiles on the bottom of the bin to maximize space in storage.

I bet we can get it done in 8 - 12 hours doing it my way❤️ I can decorate a 20ft tree with a 140” diameter in 5 hours this way - 360 degrees! Xo
