    In my experience the young greens are great raw, especially in early spring. They taste a lot like parsley to me. We eat the tender leaves and shoots all summer.

    I just cooked some up tonight! Not bad! I probably could've cooked it longer, but for the first time not really being sure of what I was doing it worked out pretty well.

    I have a double flowering variety, could i use it the same as the single flowering kind?
    It has spread out and has taken over the 3' path in my garden.
