I haven't really played the characters after the buff but I don't think they are better than other characters. I think every character however can be good in the right hands but is just that these two are a bit weaker in power.

So many of these choices are wack, scarlet witch is definitely not an S tier, against anything but noobs she's terrible. Wolverine D is just wild, his kit is great and in the right hands he can be amazing and pretty much everyone in B deserves A and above, rocket and storm as well deserve to be higher, they're amazing in capable hands. Hulk deserves to be lower, same with Iron Man, Iron man is just a big red target and Hulk isn't even really that good at blocking damage. The only one that really deserves to be lower is Captain America, he's the weakest vanguard by far.

What are you smoking brother???? Storm, Rocket Raccoon, Starlord, Punisher, Magik, Adam Warlock, Wolverine are literally some of the highest win rate meta characters in the game right now. Hulk + Iron Man are also PERMABANNED in ranked play. Jeff and Scarlet Witch in A and S??? They are literally both the single handedly two worst characters with the lowest average win rate in the entire game (39.8%) If you ever die to Scarlet Witch or miss a shot on a Jeff it probably means that your aim sucks as they both basically do no damage, no healing and have incredibly bad ults that are easily shut down. Meanwhile you put Storm and Rocket Raccoon in.. C?? They are both the HIGHEST win rate characters in the ENTIRE GAME with a win rate of 58% (Storm) and 57% (Rocket Raccoon). This is just to name a few. But perhaps make some research before you post a tier list about ranked if you haven’t even played it or have only played in low ELO. This tier list is completely deattached from reality. Only thing I agree with is Moon Knight in A and Spider Man in C If anyone is reading this and is looking for an actual tier list made by someone who knows about the game, look at A_Seagull’s tier list.
Having a win rate does not make a character 'meta'. The rate is measured differently depending on the amount of people playing these characters. As the lower the amount of people means probably the higher win rate as I never see anyone playing storm or rocket. Also the list based off my personal experiences with the game and what characters I have found success with as mentioned in the video, my rank is diamond. I don't think any player should just pick characters because of their win rate but how good they play with the character.
@ you can literally see the win rate and pick rate and sort it by rank on their own official website and see the stats for why they are so low. Win rates and pick rates in Grandmaster to One Above All is very much relevant when we are talking “Meta” as it is the highest level play. The skill difference between GM/OAA and Diamond is a significant jump. I get that character strength is “somewhat” subjective, but when making a tier list, win rates vs. pick rates in specific ranks are VERY MUCH relevant. Ignoring how well the characters perform in the highest level of play is just pure ignorance. You can also watch streamers and other content creators to see “why” these characters are absolutely dominant and see what characters are “actually” getting banned. I am personally playing in One Above All as a 2-man team with my girlfriend and in my opinion, this tier list is not even close to being objectively correct. I am currently ranking up a Smurf as a Storm solo queue one trick and is currently sitting at 42 wins, 3 losses, ranking from bronze to Diamond 1 (current rank on Smurf). She is absolutely bonkers at solo carrying games. And if I ever get a hulk in the game, I go Iron Man for the team up and melt the entire enemy team as this is impossible to do in high ELO. Comfort on a character is obviously relevant too, sure, but that has nothing to do with how strong the characters kit is when it comes to impact in teamfights. You can one trick any character such as Jeff and get to GM if you’re good enough, but picking a comfort character because you are good at it does not make it a strong character as making that pick can gimp win condtions for your team. For example, picking Jeff puts your team at a significant disadvantage as he has no way to keep your team safe from enemy high damage ultimates or outplay them as attempting to do so will lead to death due to his large hitbox and easy to dodge 0 healing ultimate. You can argue that he can swallow your team up with it during an enemy ultimate and keep them safe, but the charge up time, placement and visual clarity as to WHERE he will use it will never make him able to swallow his entire team and keep them safe compared to, let’s say, a Luna ult which is INSTANT and has a very visual cue. Jeff also has a VERY high chance of dying in high ELO during his ult if he is trying to throw people off the map. A lot of what makes a character good in this game has to do with TTK, how well a character can engage/disengage and how well a character impacts other characters “staying alive” and “giving them space” in teamfights.

@CheckpointChris That’s the thing though - Strong characters with high impact don’t become worse just because you play it in another game mode or low ELO except if you play a healer or tanks since the carry potential is slightly lower. Unless we are talking Iron Fist which has less impact in low ELO lobbies due to his role as a sub-tank. Some characters are stronger in low ELO lobbies, sure, such as Winter Soldier who won’t be punished for his ult in low ELO, but the strongest characters will still be the strongest regardless of game mode or ELO (such as Storm, Rocket Raccoon and Wolverine to name a few) since they will almost Guarenteed let you solo carry games. So the idea is there, I am just struggling to see why Scarlet Witch and Mister Fantastic (for example) are as high as they are on the list since their kits are extremely low impact due to the characters simply being undertuned.
what rank are you because this list has many innaccuracies. i know opinions are subjective and we may disagree, but coming from a high elo player this list could use some help. in the future maybe gather the stats of the top 500 or watch what pro players are saying.
My rank is diamond and I have found lot's of success with the higher ranked characters. I Haven't really looked at external stats but I'm open to hearing your opinion of who the best characters are.
@@starboyMR I took a look at his list and there are a few similarites. I think wanda is overhated or people don't know how to play her cause she is amazing. And maybe I don't see the potenial with storm and wolverine but based off my experience. Whenever I see a team with these types of characters, they end up losing but maybe that will change in the next couple of weeks.
I kind of agree but her primary is great if you play her as a backline squishy killer, which she is by far the best in the game at if you have god tier aim. I do think her kit is pretty useless though, her ultimate sucks, her abilities suck and are only really good for giving her the slightest chance to defend herself if she's ambushed in the back lines. They should replace her batons with dual pistols and rework her abilities to give her more versatility, preferably making her more in line with her comic self which uses her Black Widow Gauntlets which are full of tactical equipment like Tear Gas, grappling hook and a powerful taser, she's also wore a belt that could double as a powerful explosive. They could give her a team up with Venom based on her Black Widow Symbiote version.
Please let me know what parts of the tier list you disagree with, but using the strong characters on the list has got me to Diamond so that's what the list is based off.

Rocket is a really strong character when paried with punisher or bucky. But on his own, he is a bit lackluster but that's what I think

look at bogurs tier list. storm luna sue are ss wolv is at least A and wanda and reed are D

Black widow needs a rework
I agree. She shouldn't be focused around a sniper like when does she ever use a sniper in the MCU and she's way too weak.
