I'm honestly really looking forward to seeing what John Murdy and Universal has in store for us, in terms of special effects/scares. Especially considering the huge risk they're taking with A Quiet Place. I think this year is in the running for being one of the most innovative years yet. I also have a question about the H-Lot and early entry: What time does the H-Lot houses usually open?? When i went last year with my parents, we went directly to the lower lot. We weren't sure if the H-Lot houses were open, so we didn't go in that direction until a little later into the night
The H-lot houses typically open up slightly later than the lower lot, usually at 6:45 I think. I could be wrong, but I think they changed it up and had them open at 6:30 too later in the run, but I wouldn’t plan on it. The main reason to do H lot first this year would be because with both Insidious and Ghostbusters over there, it’s gonna get long lines really fast and they always seem to have bad line management over there.
I thought of bringing back the classic Terror Tram because I liked how Eli Roth made it way scary and gory. And ofc, creating Hollywood Harry as an icon of the Terror Tram.
Honestly a Horrors of Blumhouse for the Tram is the lamest idea. And with a short turnaround to get ready for it, this stinks of half assed Terror Tram. If that's how it's going to be, I'd rather them not do it at all and just put in another house in it's place. Seriously, I'd rather see another Michael Myers house than a rushed Blumhouse Terror Tram. It's bad enough we're gonna get the Nope walk through...yet again.
@@cesarruiz4798 Because we expect more for the World's Premier Haunt? Every year for the past 5 years, HHN has stepped it up and gotten better and better every year. That's not been the case this year. Again I realize there is still 3 houses left to announce but unless they completely blind side us, we know what they're gonna be. And by the way, don't live in LA. I'm traveling across the country to come to HHN. I've been planning this trip since last November so yeah I expected more from HHN this year. Shouldn't we all?

I would LOVE for HHN Hollywood to lean into the icon aspect of HHN like Orlando!
