That’s just how it looks when a “shorter” person has athleticism. 6’7 is the height when it becomes relatively “Easy” to dunk a basketball, but even your average guy who’s 6’9 can’t do it. I’ve seen plenty of guys 6’8-6’11 at rec gyms that can’t dunk or can barely grab the rim. To be 6’3 and under, you have to not only have a high vertical, but an above average wingspan. I’m 5’11 with a 6’5 wing span and I can do standard one handed and two handed dunks that a lot of fans refer to as “rim grazers” and my highest vertical jump was marked at 47 inches. So that just shows you how high soemone has to jump to dunk, even at 6’3 with a 6’9 wingspan like Wall and Mitchell
@@MrBubblecake I am 6ft and can dunk very easily. Over 5'10 dunking isn't hard. Ik he has bounce but for some odd reason it just doesn't look like he's getting off the ground. My statements may be contradicting themselves but iykyk 😭
lol. He literally measured a 39” vertical at the combine. Did you not see some of these dunks later in the video or ??! The man also has an INSANE collection of blocks. Literally doing things like meeting Ibaka at the rim, blocking Valencuinas , other 7 footers. But ya. 39”. He’s 6’4”. That means the top of his head was at 9’7” lol. Idk wtf you watching.
I miss Prime John Wall, he was beast & my favorite point guard ever.
Boy was a beast in his prime 6ft4 jumping like that
One of best dunkers in nba. I wish there be more dunkers in next years in nba white and black of course
Great video, welcome back!

He has bounce but he doesn't
Yes, same with Donovan Mitchell, they can throw it down, do crazy dunks, but the do t get up that high, like their head is never close to the rim
Their wingspan especially for their height is long. They still have decent bounce tho
