Afterher death, he closed himself to the world, but with Vange he allow himself to feel ansd letting her in. Absolutely not with that brat Gnat. Also he told Vange that she made him a better a person, that he really tried to be more open. The clip is August 2006 when she told John about her new relationship with Cris.
@Sliverkitten1 Yes, we should write for that show, damn it. Cailtlin and Vange were almost the same, he told Vange that (I don't know if you saw the cilp). John fell really hard for those two women. The fact he lost her unfairly, he shot himself from the world. Then he falls for Vange,didn't paln it, he could actually feel and express emotions for a long time. Also he has an hero complex and Vange is a big girl, don't need to play games to get guys attention not like Gnat.

@nastynat1001 I agree. I don't think he would hide from his feeling toward her anymore. I just hope that John is not so hurt, that he wont what to be in a relationship with anyone. That'd be sad! Jezz, if Vange had never left the show none of this would be going on. =/

I think he feels so much regret about Caitlin, that he didn't want to open himself up again. And he didn't with Gnat. Yeah he told her things but he always kept her on the outside. But Van he let in...like you said he was able to feel thing again. And man! He has a big Hero complex!!! And Gnat the brat just plays on that. Van made him better.

They are alike. That's why he fell hard for her and that scared him a little. John and Vange's relationship was true, honest and mutual respect. She never played games with him like Gnatalie did.

Can somebody please tell me how a lawyers office doesn't have security? Not just any law office - a DA's office!! lol. Just walkin' up in Vange's building like that - he might as well have come in and left out the front door with her!

@Sliverkitten1 I saw todays show, they will sleep together b/c they both hurting and they lost people that they both loved. It's so obvious that it will happen, nothing left to imagination there. I think it he said it Van, not sure though. I have to see the clip again.
