These videos were uncovered by Bill Dempster, great nephew of George Dempster. Many thanks to Bill for allowing me to share these amazing videos which haven't been seen in over 50 years.

The Detroit Transfer is still operational and processing refuse today.

My dads coworkers father in law was the president of Dempster for some time. Her husband was in one of the promos when he was 15 or so.
