  • Try this Kadhi Masala Recipe and Sabji Masala Recipe which will makes your dish very very tasty.
    This Kadhi Masala can be used in any types of Kadhi like Gujarati Kadhi, Pakoda Kadhi Gatte ki Kadhi etc. Gujarati Kadhi Masala also has fresh pigeon peas but its optional. The sabji masala I am sharing is very unique and you will never get this kind of spice blend in market, do give it a try I am sure you will fall in love with the aroma and the taste of it. This Dal Saak Masala can be used in most of your sabjis and dals.
    Ingredients:
    Kadhi Masala: (Approx 50 Grams Masala Will be Ready)
    15 Green Chillies
    2 inch Mango Ginger
    1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
    3 inch Ginger
    1/4 Cup Curry Leaves
    2 Green Cardamom
    4-5 Cloves
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Oil
    Sabji Masala: (Approx 100 Grams Masala Will be Ready)
    1/4 Cup Green Chillies
    3 Inch Ginger
    12-15 Garlic Cloves
    5 Star Anise
    2 Cinnamon Stick
    3 tbsp Dry Coconut
    2 tbsp Peanut
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp LemonJuice
    3 tsp Fresh Coriander
    1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
    1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
    2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
    2 tbsp Coriander Powder
    2 tsp Oil
    Both these masala can be stored in refrigerator for 2-3 months in Air Tight Container.
