They're taking time to painstakingly recreate the entire ship with 150% accuracy, consulting numerous historians, photographs, details from the scrapping documents of the Olympic, etc. Not to mention doing this with a very small team, and keeping up on making new animations for their UA-cam channel (their main source of income), keeping up with donation perks, releasing content on other platforms, etc. I'd rather them take the time to make the game perfect than make a low quality low budget game with no NPCs, animations, accuracy etc.

If this game will released officially i just hope they add many people and the entire gameplay is in real time (approx 2 hour) like the duration of titanic facing the critical time before sank. And if it will be triple a game it would be greater. They could make the story from the beginning of the journey from belfast, until the post tragedy when the survivor take a shelter in new york. And ofc with many npc, dialogue, and mini activity in the ship before collision. Also the game should be indirectly but accurately explain the history of the titanic. I guess i'm just blabbering now. But i cant help to think what titanic be like if made as triple a game. I wonder why no game studios (big studios who usually make triple a) yet to take the idea of making titanic into the game?

It will feature a real-time sinking of the ship, complete with AI passengers and even interactable historical figures. The game is gunning for a highly realistic and historical portrayal. You'll play as a detective onboard the ship, and can relive the entire voyage in real-time, not to mention the entire interior of the ship will be meticulously recreated.

Actually, people didn't lock other people up to escape themselves. What actually happened was that the third class wasn't allowed in the first class. As a result, the doors were lock so they couldn't escape.

it turns out the iceberg was not the only thing that caused the titanic to sink they had not long ago showed more history on the titanic on tv trying to figure out how or why they couldn't slow it down and stuff and you would be shocked at what they found :) was very interesting :D

I'd recommend following Honor and Glory then. Despite this channel stating it was never finished, the project is very much still going and recently released a third playable demo.
