Cuz most were probably small child actors. Lots of twins get their start that way in Hollywood. Easier to film if one isn't feeling it and it gets by the few hours a child is allowed to work in a day. Then they grow up and suck acting or no longer have "the look" so only one or neither are ever seen as adult actors.
I had zero knowledge of Vin Diesel having a twin lol, obviously they are fraternal twins but still they look nothing alike, as in i woukdnt even guess they were brothers at all lol
