I got the sunnylife plastic cover and it works great! You can snap it on really quickly and protects the gimbal and the screen while it's in your pocket, might want to take a look at that!
I have a Osmo pocket 3… I love it! I use it vlog (coming soon) and I also have been using it for my real estate video shoots! I must say, though the distortion is crazy! really hard to maintain straight lines… I have to figure that out because I really like the quality of the video
I'm glad you mentioned that about fast. I love the pocket 3 but I've had it in slow to avoid scaling (or hitching - whatever it's called). I'll put it in fast next time to see the difference. Speaking of skiing, no way am I riding one of those gondolas! :)

The footage looks amazing.. but just be say, I used mostly the action 4… There is a clip you can buy to clip it on so it’s hands free, you can also use a chest mount

Great video bro! Just a question about your LUT. If I was to purchase the Dji Osmo Pocket 3 D-Log M Natural Look Lut can I use that in CapCut or do only certain softwares work with it?
I know you do.. but makesure take video of family too.. not just vlogging stuff.. (not for interwebs ofcourse, but just saying) Your vlogs rocks by the way.
Another great video, and I learned a few things. I certainly ditched the soft carry case, and the hard case, when I purchased mine. I've now got the Sunnylife hard case on mine, which has given it a bit more grip, with my big hands, and also gives me the ability to attached a small light onto the case, to record me when I am DJing in the club.

Man, I wished you had done this vlog 2 weeks ago! I just got back off a cruise and tried to use my Pocket 3 to get some shots and it just seemed so cumbersome to keep pulling it out when I had my phone easily accessible. I'm going to use your tips/tricks and put the Pocket 3 in a pouch and just practice vlogging around town with it and see if that will work. 😅 Thanks for the 411!!!😂

I remembered when I skiied I wore coloring to be seen, guess you wanted to be stealth but left a sauce trail on a bunny trail get on that DOuble black diamond SKY!
What a boss another great video! One thing I noticed though is the mic 2 sounds quite baffled the high end is not present at all perhaps because I am viewing on studio monitors and maybe it is not as noticeable on cellphone speakers. The internal mic sounds very present and natural tho! Love my pocket 3 not so much the mic :)
Wow! Now I know why nobody knew when you were using the Pocket 3. Changing the gimbal mode to FPV and speed to Fast really makes it look much more natural. I have been trying to figure out what I wasn't liking about it and this was exactly it! I was messing with sharpness, noise reduction, d-log M, ND Filters, etc. and watching video after video. Talk about missing the forest for the trees! Thanks Sky!
@@ItzSKYVlogs The gimbal makes it looks a little unnatural but with your settings it looks great. There's sometimes where it doesn't live up to expectations in low light. It's not that it's bad. It's just not as good as advertised. Maybe I'm expecting too much. As long as it has just enough light, nothing beats it when it comes to usability.
This would have been the perfect time to use the HoverAir for epic skiing shots 👌🏼 They need to introduce the ability to change gimbal modes with a single press of the joystick.

looking good down the slopes :) Pretty happy we have a skiing/snowboard-hill just 10 minutes away from the city center here in Oslo (just search for Tryvann Winter Park) :) Quick question about the Pocket 3/Dji Mic 3 if you have the time: does the mic do internal recordings while connected to the pocket three via bluetooth? it does right? And you can adjust all the settings from the pocket three? Both enable/disable the low cut filter, switch 24 bit/32 bit float for internal mic recordings and the other stuff?

Yea I noticed that that’s kinda the way wireless mics kinda sound when you have the wind muff on them.. so I usually try to boost the treble a bit
