I did factory reset. It was the same. The sound was always doing down. Probably hardware problem. Left my phone to repair. They should call me and say what's the true reason for this.

This issue just happened on my poco phone. Press volume up for some time until a pop up comes of talk back feature then press deny and it will get solved.hope it helps
